  • Payment Information: Credit card or bank account details. These are processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. — not by Fade. We only store a tokenized reference.
  • Appointment Data: Booking history, preferences, and notes related to appointments.
  • Feedback: Information you provide through feedback forms or communications.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, and interactions.
  • Device Information: Browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address.
  • Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address or precise location if you enable location services for map-based discovery.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for authentication, analytics, and service functionality.

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, customer support).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Anonymized aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
